Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the test operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement test strategies and processes for new and existing products, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of test equipment and infrastructure, including hardware and software upgrades.
- Collaborate with product development teams to define test requirements and specifications for advanced semiconductor products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and six sigma methodologies to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and improve quality.
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning to meet production targets and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and safety regulations within the test operations area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing test operations for high-volume manufacturing, including experience with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and test handlers.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, DFT (Design for Test), and test program development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical process control, and yield improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
