Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test operation strategies to meet production volume, quality, and cycle-time targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of test facilities, including capital equipment procurement, capacity planning, and maintenance.
- Lead and mentor diverse engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Drive cost-optimization initiatives, including yield enhancement, test time reduction, and operational overhead management.
- Collaborate closely with product groups and corporate functions to integrate new product introductions (NPI) into existing test lines seamlessly.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, IATF).
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in semiconductor testing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level position.
- Deep understanding of ATE (Automated Test Equipment) platforms, probe, and final test methodologies.
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency improvements and lean manufacturing implementations.
- Strong background in global supply chain logistics and factory operations management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and global teams.
- Experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex capital equipment life cycles.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making and project management software.
