We are seeking a skilled Test Process Engineer to join the Renesas team in Kulim, Kedah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive test processes to verify the functionality and quality of our advanced semiconductor products. You will play a key part in our manufacturing excellence, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest industry standards.
Your daily work will involve complex test setup, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement test strategies and test programs for semiconductor products.
- Optimize existing test processes to maximize yield and minimize production costs.
- Analyze test data and failure reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Design and Product Engineering teams to improve Design for Testability (DFT).
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test fixtures.
- Document test procedures, specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and safety regulations during testing operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor testing, process engineering, or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of IC test principles, ATE systems (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest), and boundary scan.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python for test development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
