Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of test engineers and technicians to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies that align with production schedules and quality requirements.
- Manage end-to-end equipment lifecycles, from procurement and installation to maintenance and continuous optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Six Sigma) to reduce cycle times and minimize test-related defects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and quality teams to streamline product transfer processes.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulatory standards.
- Oversee departmental budget allocation and resource management to ensure cost-effective operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in test engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong technical expertise in automated test equipment (ATE), ICT, FCT, and test software development.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and preventative action.
