Tanggung Jawab
- Execute functional and diagnostic tests on electronic assemblies and PCBAs using specialized test equipment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair defective components to the component level to minimize production waste.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on test fixtures and laboratory instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Document all test results, failure patterns, and repair actions in the internal tracking system for engineering analysis.
- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to implement process improvements and reduce defect rates.
- Interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to assist in the setup of new test protocols.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all industrial safety standards and ISO quality procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience as a Test Technician or in a similar quality control role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and signal generators.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit theory and the ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
- Familiarity with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and modern PCBA manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and rotating shifts as required by the production schedule.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal technical reporting.
