As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for executing a variety of test protocols on electronic components and assemblies. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute functional, environmental, and reliability testing on electronic assemblies and components to ensure performance specifications are met.
- Operate and maintain test benches, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic instrumentation in a cleanroom environment.
- Record detailed test data and results accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ISO standards.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot product defects or non-conformities during the production process.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to analyze test failures and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in the calibration and validation of new test equipment and fixtures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Test Technician or in a Quality Assurance role.
- Strong familiarity with reading electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Basic knowledge of electronic testing equipment and techniques, including signal analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to meet production targets.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, logging results, and using ERP systems.
