Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, configure, and operate advanced automated test equipment (ATE) for power management ICs.
- Execute test plans and characterization runs for new product introductions (NPI) in the automotive segment.
- Troubleshoot and debug test hardware and software issues to ensure optimal yield and performance.
- Analyze test data using statistical methods to identify trends, outliers, and potential quality improvements.
- Collaborate with applications and design engineers to validate device functionality under various operating conditions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Support the installation, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment and test handlers/probers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test coverage and reduce cycle time.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Test Technician in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and semiconductor device physics.
- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest, Chroma) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using bench equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AEC-Q100) is a plus.
