Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Automated X-Ray Inspection (AXI) equipment to detect defects in printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Perform in-circuit testing (ICT) and functional testing on electronic assemblies to ensure product functionality.
- Analyze test data and failure logs to troubleshoot and identify root causes of defects.
- Maintain, calibrate, and perform routine preventive maintenance on test fixtures and production equipment.
- Document test results accurately in the Quality Management System (QMS) and report anomalies to the Quality Engineer.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and improve test efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Previous experience operating AOI, AXI, or similar automated test equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes and surface mount technology (SMT).
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721) for electronics repair and inspection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
