Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and non-routine testing on laser systems and engineering materials.
- Analyze test data and generate detailed technical reports to support product development.
- Maintain, clean, and calibrate test equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize designs.
- Document all test procedures, results, and deviations in compliance with ISO standards.
- Assist in the qualification of new product introductions and process improvements.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and quality management protocols within the manufacturing facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a testing, quality assurance, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power meters.
- Basic knowledge of laser physics, optical components, or semiconductor testing is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using computer software for data logging and report generation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting.
