Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct hands-on testing and validation of laser systems and optical components according to development protocols.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with test equipment and fixtures, providing root cause analysis to the engineering team.
- Perform precise data collection and maintain accurate documentation of test results for design review.
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to set up and configure complex experimental test setups.
- Maintain and calibrate testing instruments to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance with internal quality standards.
- Support the prototyping process by assisting in assembly and functional testing of new product iterations.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and cleanroom protocols in a high-tech manufacturing setting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical or testing role, preferably in laser, optics, or precision electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose hardware-related malfunctions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control or data analysis software is an added advantage.
