Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test procedures for laser systems and components
- Execute testing protocols to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability
- Analyze test results and document findings in detailed reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and precision
- Participate in the design and development of new test methodologies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a testing or quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality control processes
- Familiarity with laser systems, optics, and photonics is highly desirable
- Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and laser measurement tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in testing procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
