Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, configure, and operate complex test equipment for development-stage laser and optical components.
- Execute detailed test protocols and record data accurately to support R&D initiatives.
- Analyze test results to identify product performance anomalies and report findings to engineering teams.
- Assist in the design and modification of test fixtures and setups to optimize testing efficiency.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all testing meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and improve production readiness.
- Document test procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Technician or in a similar R&D/Manufacturing support role.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with laser systems, optics, or semiconductor manufacturing processes is a significant advantage.
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and ESD protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
