Tanggung Jawab
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct comprehensive testing and calibration of pneumatic systems and machine components.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical faults in assembly lines and machinery.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Document test results, maintenance logs, and technical reports accurately.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve testing processes and product performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with ISO/EHS standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and circuit diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic components, sensors, and electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic software.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the East region and adapt to shift schedules if required.
