Tanggung Jawab
- Perform assembly and testing of electronic components using specialized test equipment (e.g., ICT, AOI, X-Ray).
- Maintain and calibrate test fixtures and production machinery to ensure operational accuracy.
- Execute detailed test procedures according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot defects or anomalies in production units.
- Document test data, results, and maintenance logs accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve test processes.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma in Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Test Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with SMT processes, BGA rework, and automated testing equipment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic electronics, circuitry, and signal analysis.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and work instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and rotate shifts if necessary.
