Tanggung Jawab
- Execute Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) and Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) on various electronic and mechanical components.
- Set up, operate, and maintain specialized environmental test chambers and vibration systems.
- Monitor and record test data meticulously, ensuring all parameters are within specified tolerances.
- Identify, document, and report equipment malfunctions or test failures to the engineering team for root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to refine testing protocols and improve screening efficiency.
- Ensure all testing activities adhere to strict safety guidelines and international quality standards (ISO/AS).
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on testing instrumentation to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for internal review and client verification.
Kualifikasi
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or testing environment; familiarity with HASS/HALT is a significant advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints, circuit diagrams, and engineering specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Proficiency in using basic diagnostic tools and computer-based data acquisition systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work on a shift-rotation basis if required by production demands.
