Tanggung Jawab
- Build, assemble, and calibrate custom test equipment and fixtures per engineering specifications
- Operate and maintain environmental test chambers (temperature, humidity, vibration)
- Execute product validation tests and document results with precision
- Troubleshoot testing systems and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to refine testing methodologies
- Maintain calibration schedules for testing instrumentation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in test equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with environmental testing standards (IEC, MIL-STD)
- Proficient in reading technical schematics and assembly drawings
- Strong diagnostic skills for electro-mechanical systems
- Experience with data acquisition systems and test automation
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
