Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of electronic and mechanical components in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Set up, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on test equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze test data meticulously and document findings in detailed technical reports.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to product performance and functional failures.
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to optimize testing processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure that all testing activities comply with stringent safety and quality management standards (e.g., ISO).
- Prepare and organize test samples, fixtures, and materials for scheduled production runs.
- Assist in conducting root cause analysis for product defects and contribute to corrective action plans.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a closely related field).
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Test Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in operating standard test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Spectrum Analyzers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) for data recording and reporting.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
