As a Test Technician, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and diagnostic cycle of non-functioning equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve faults in non-functioning test equipment.
- Execute systematic testing procedures, calibration, and inspections to ensure equipment meets operational specifications.
- Document all test results, maintenance activities, and repair processes in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze recurring equipment issues and propose preventative maintenance solutions.
- Assemble, disassemble, and replace electronic components and sub-assemblies as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory or workshop environment in compliance with workplace safety protocols.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of test stations for incoming production lots.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or repair-service environment.
- Strong working knowledge of electronic components, circuit diagrams, and diagnostic tools (e.g., Multimeters, Oscilloscopes).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits down to the component level.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to commit to a contract/temporary role and adapt to dynamic shift requirements if necessary.
