Hyundai Elevator is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tester to join our Technical Support Department. In this key role, you will provide critical support to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations, with a primary focus on handling complex technical matters related to MOD (Modernization) and T&C (Term and Condition) sites.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive testing on elevator systems and components to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Monitor and report on technical issues and site conditions during MOD and T&C projects.
- Support the Technical Support Department with day-to-day operational activities and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that all technical specifications and company policies are met.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure all technical records, logs, and reports are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
- Assist in the maintenance of technical knowledge and safety protocols on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in elevator testing, quality assurance, or technical support is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical engineering principles and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks efficiently.
