Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to design comprehensive, reusable test plans and test cases.
- Execute manual and automated tests for functional, regression, integration, and system testing of core banking applications (e.g., payments, internet banking, CRM).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA/ALM, ensuring prompt resolution and thorough regression testing.
- Collaborate with software developers to investigate and resolve bugs, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning in an Agile setup.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed test summary reports, providing transparent status updates and metrics to project management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation frameworks, and testing best practices.
- Perform SQL queries and database validation to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on software testing experience.
- Proven experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domain is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts for backend validation.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools like JIRA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification is strongly preferred.
