CIMB Group Holdings Berhad is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tester, Digital QA to join our innovative technology team in Kuala Lumpur. As a leading financial institution in Malaysia, we are committed to delivering seamless digital banking experiences to our customers, and we need a dedicated QA professional to ensure our digital platforms are robust, secure, and bug-free.
In this role, you will play a critical part in the software development lifecycle, working within an Agile environment to validate functionality, performance, and usability across various digital channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and business analysts to define quality standards and drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects, ensure functionality, and verify requirements.
- Analyze system requirements and user stories to translate them into actionable test scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and track defects through to resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including bug reports, test matrices, and test execution logs.
- Ensure software releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time to production.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, specifically within the Digital or Banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in Manual Testing methodologies and test execution.
- Experience with Test Automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and data verification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
