We are looking for a skilled Testing and Commissioning Engineer to join Sesto Robotics Pte Ltd. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of system verification and commissioning activities for our next-generation AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) deployments. You will ensure that our robotic systems integrate seamlessly into our clients' operations, guaranteeing high performance and safety standards.
As part of our engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to identify technical requirements, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and validate software and hardware functionalities. You will play a key role in ensuring that our robots operate reliably in dynamic environments, contributing directly to the success of our automation solutions.
Key to this role is your ability to document detailed test results, create commissioning reports, and provide technical support during the final stages of deployment. If you are passionate about robotics, automation, and solving complex engineering challenges, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive system verification and commissioning activities for AMR deployments.
- Conduct on-site testing of hardware components, sensors, and software interfaces to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during the validation phase.
- Document test results, performance metrics, and commissioning reports accurately.
- Collaborate with R&D and project managers to define testing criteria and acceptance protocols.
- Ensure all commissioning activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users during the system handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in testing, commissioning, or system integration.
- Strong understanding of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) or AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) systems.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and sensor technologies (LiDAR, VISION, Ultrasonic).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
