JDE Peet's is seeking a highly skilled Testing and Commissioning (T&C) Manager to lead our critical infrastructure projects in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the testing and commissioning activities for our used water treatment systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the T&C strategy for used water treatment facilities and infrastructure.
- Supervise a team of engineers and technicians during installation, startup, and testing phases.
- Ensure all systems meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and operational specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive performance testing and troubleshoot technical issues to optimize plant efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve project blockers and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports, test plans, and operational documentation.
- Implement quality control measures and best practices to ensure long-term system reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commissioning, testing, and commissioning of water treatment plants.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s water recycling, reclamation, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with senior management and external partners.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.
