We are currently seeking a motivated and meticulous Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineer to join our team in the North Region. The Role: As a T&C Engineer, you will act as the final line of defense for quality assurance. You will be responsible for the systematic verification of all engineering systems, ensuring they function according to stringent specifications, design intent, and operational requirements. Your ability to troubleshoot complex systems, analyze performance data, and implement effective solutions will directly impact project success and customer satisfaction. You will ensure a smooth transition from construction to operations, minimizing risks and maximizing system uptime.
Key Responsibilities will include developing comprehensive testing strategies and schedules, executing site acceptance tests (SAT), troubleshooting system faults, and preparing detailed handover documentation. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with design engineers, project managers, and site supervisors across various projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, review, and execute detailed Testing & Commissioning (T&C) plans, procedures, and schedules for electrical, mechanical, or control systems based on project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct functional performance tests, system integration tests, and site acceptance tests (SAT) to verify system functionality, reliability, and safety compliance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and system deficiencies during the commissioning phase, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive test reports, commissioning records, and handover documentation, ensuring full traceability and adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.
- Manage and maintain testing equipment and tools, ensuring proper calibration and operational readiness at all times.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations throughout all testing and commissioning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Testing & Commissioning within the engineering, construction, or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, instrumentation, and relevant international standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, BS).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse project stakeholders.
- Possess a valid Singapore driver's license and own transport is a strong advantage due to the project site nature.
