Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute comprehensive QA strategies and roadmaps for Telecom OSS/BSS platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of QA engineers and analysts.
- Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and GenAI tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define quality requirements.
- Monitor key quality metrics (defect rates, test coverage, SLAs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and enterprise delivery methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in QA testing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong domain knowledge in Telecom OSS/BSS (Operations and Business Support Systems).
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools for test case generation or test data creation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is highly preferred.
