Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive electronic testing on finished products and prototypes to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electronic circuitry and identify root causes of defects.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot testing equipment, oscilloscopes, and measurement tools.
- Document test results accurately, create detailed reports, and log any anomalies found.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and resolve process-level issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards during testing procedures.
- Assist in the development of testing procedures and validation protocols for new product introductions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Testing Technician or similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of electronic components, circuit theory, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, datasheets, and assembly drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic proficiency in soldering and microsoldering techniques is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and adapt to rotating shifts if required.
