Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately cut fabric according to patterns, designs, and specifications.
- Interpret and follow complex patterns and technical diagrams with minimal supervision.
- Perform material estimation to ensure optimal fabric utilization and minimize waste.
- Inspect raw materials for defects before cutting and report any issues to the production lead.
- Organize and label cut pieces according to job orders to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain cutting tools and machinery to ensure operational safety and longevity.
- Collaborate with the sewing and assembly teams to ensure seamless production timelines.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in garment manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a textile cutter, garment cutter, or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of fabric types, grain lines, and textile properties.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurement and pattern scaling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized in managing workstation tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle manual cutting equipment.
