Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to Thai-speaking prospects to generate qualified leads
- Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, and decision-making authority
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up
- Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate prospect information
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and conversion targets
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to the sales team
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in both Thai and English languages
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends if required
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
