Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat to Thai-speaking customers.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database while ensuring data privacy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and provide feedback to team leads.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handle Time (AHT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficiency in Thai (written and verbal) and English communication skills.
  • Completed at least 2 years of college or equivalent work experience in a BPO or customer service setting.
  • Strong computer literacy and navigation skills across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Highly adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural or international account is a plus.
