Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat to Thai-speaking customers.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database while ensuring data privacy.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and provide feedback to team leads.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Thai (written and verbal) and English communication skills.
- Completed at least 2 years of college or equivalent work experience in a BPO or customer service setting.
- Strong computer literacy and navigation skills across multiple platforms.
- Excellent empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a multicultural or international account is a plus.
