Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Operate theme park rides and attractions safely, adhering strictly to SOPs.
- Manage crowd control and maintain order at high-traffic entry and exit points.
- Assist in ticket verification and guest orientation to ensure smooth park operations.
- Monitor safety conditions and report any maintenance or security issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work stations and public areas.
- Support promotional activities, events, and special seasonal activations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and school leavers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be high-energy, physically fit, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- A friendly personality with a "guest-first" mindset.
