As our Theme Park Manager, you will spearhead daily business operations, optimizing workflows to ensure the park runs with maximum efficiency while maintaining the highest service quality standards. You will lead diverse teams, manage operational budgets, and drive strategic initiatives to meet and exceed company revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily park operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless guest flow and safety.
  • Manage, train, and mentor department staff to ensure world-class service standards are met consistently.
  • Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all park zones.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize costs.
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback proactively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase revenue targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly reports for senior management regarding park performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in management within a theme park, hotel, or high-volume entertainment venue.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and staff development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
