Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized therapy sessions (physiotherapy/occupational therapy) to elderly clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting mobility, pain management, and functional independence
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to track progress and adjust therapeutic interventions
- Educate patients and families on home-based exercises and adaptive techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Participate in continuous professional development to enhance geriatric care expertise
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or related healthcare field
- Valid registration with relevant Singaporean professional board (SPA/SOTA)
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience with geriatric population preferred
- Certification in geriatric rehabilitation or chronic disease management
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with elderly clients
- Proficiency in English with ability to communicate complex concepts simply
- Compassionate approach with demonstrated patience and cultural sensitivity
