- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and product differentiation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in thermal management or power infrastructure
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B products in SEA+NA markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and translate into actionable strategies
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools and agile development methodologies
- Deep understanding of thermal technologies, cooling solutions, and data center infrastructure
