Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize thin film CVD processes for semiconductor applications
- Lead process characterization, experimentation, and data analysis to enhance deposition quality and yield
- Collaborate with R&D teams to implement novel CVD technologies and methodologies
- Troubleshoot complex process issues and implement corrective actions in fab environments
- Develop and maintain process documentation, protocols, and quality standards
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional project execution
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and contribute to innovation roadmap development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in thin film CVD/PVD/ALD processes
- Strong expertise in semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Proficiency in process modeling, DOE methodologies, and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in semiconductor manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication abilities with cross-functional technical teams
- For senior/principal roles: leadership experience and project management capabilities
