Join Trends Group, Inc. as a Threat Intelligence Manager to lead our cybersecurity defense strategy. This pivotal role oversees 24/7 security operations, threat intelligence analysis, and incident response protocols to safeguard organizational assets and client data. You'll develop proactive threat-hunting frameworks, coordinate cross-functional security responses, and drive continuous improvement in security resilience. The position requires strategic leadership to align threat intelligence with business objectives while maintaining service quality and client trust in a high-stakes digital environment.
As part of our elite security team, you'll analyze emerging cyber threats, evaluate attack vectors, and implement mitigation strategies that protect against sophisticated adversaries. This role demands technical expertise paired with strategic vision to anticipate and neutralize risks before they impact operations. You'll mentor security analysts, optimize incident response playbooks, and ensure compliance with industry standards while fostering a culture of security excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage 24/7 security operations center (SOC) team, ensuring rapid incident response and threat containment
- Develop, implement, and maintain threat intelligence programs to identify emerging cyber threats and attack patterns
- Coordinate incident response activities including forensic analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery procedures
- Analyze global threat landscapes, malware trends, and adversary TTPs to inform security strategies
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security controls, vulnerability management, and threat detection capabilities
- Produce executive-level threat intelligence reports and briefings for stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for security operations and continuously optimize threat intelligence workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat intelligence or security operations management
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC GLEG/GSIT/GCSA
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar), threat intelligence tools (Mandiant, Recorded Future), and malware analysis
- Proven experience leading incident response teams and managing security operations centers
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex threat data and communicate findings
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and compliance requirements
