Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and manage flight, hotel, and tour reservations accurately and efficiently using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or other booking platforms.
  • Issue and re-issue tickets, process cancellations, and handle amendments in accordance with airline and supplier policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, offering travel advice, and resolving booking-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collect and process payments, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, fare rules, and destination information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing travel itineraries and ensuring all necessary travel documents are in order.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and booking data.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a ticketing, reservations, or travel consultant role within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with grace.
  • Knowledge of various travel destinations, airlines, and accommodation options.
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field; or equivalent vocational training/experience.
