- Process airline and travel reservations using GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus)
- Manage ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy
- Provide comprehensive travel information and itinerary details to clients
- Handle payment processing and ensure financial documentation compliance
- Collaborate with airline partners to resolve booking discrepancies
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations and airline policies

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing or travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus) is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
