Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end flight, hotel, and tour bookings for individual and corporate clients.
- Utilize GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Abacus) to perform searches, bookings, reissues, and cancellations.
- Provide expert travel advice, including visa requirements, flight options, and destination information.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the internal database.
- Collaborate with airlines and travel partners to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
- Process payments and issue travel documents including e-tickets and vouchers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Travel Consultant or Ticketing Officer.
- Fresh graduates with relevant GDS certification and a passion for travel are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar systems) is strictly required.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse client needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in data entry.
- Good knowledge of global travel destinations and airline routing.
