Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the travel industry? Taskal Resources is seeking a skilled Ticketing Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time on-site role, you will be the face of our travel services, managing complex ticketing requests and ensuring seamless customer experiences for travelers.

You will utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to process bookings, issue tickets, and handle inquiries efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Process airline reservations and ticketing using GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and availability.
- Issue e-tickets and travel documents accurately and promptly.
- Manage passenger name records (PNRs) and make necessary corrections to bookings.
- Coordinate with ground handling agents and airlines for seamless travel experiences.
- Resolve complex travel-related issues and provide alternative solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions within the system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ticketing or travel consultancy.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre preferred).
- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, taxes, and international travel regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during peak travel seasons.
- Relevant certificate or diploma in Travel & Tourism is highly desirable.
- Good command of English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
