Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex corporate travel bookings including air, hotel, and transport arrangements.
- Process ticket issuances, re-issuances, and cancellations with high precision and adherence to company policy.
- Provide expert guidance to corporate clients regarding travel routes, visa requirements, and fare rules.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and GDS system updates.
- Handle travel-related inquiries via email, phone, and internal messaging platforms efficiently.
- Collaborate with the global travel team to troubleshoot booking errors and service disruptions.
- Ensure all booking documentation complies with corporate governance and financial standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel, ticketing, or a related tourism role.
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is highly preferred; experience with other GDS platforms is a plus.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced, professional corporate environment.
- Relevant certification in Tourism or Hospitality Management is desirable.
