Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end ticket processing for flights, tours, and accommodation bookings
- Prioritize and resolve ticket-related inquiries and customer complaints
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for real-time inventory updates
- Maintain accurate ticket sales records and financial reconciliation
- Implement and optimize ticketing workflows for maximum efficiency
- Train and guide junior staff on ticketing protocols and systems
- Analyze ticket sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in ticketing or customer service within travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and reservation software
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong numerical accuracy and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
- Valid Malaysian work authorization and clean driving license
