Tanggung Jawab
- Process travel ticket bookings (flights, trains, buses) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Manage ticket inventory and ensure real-time availability updates
- Handle payment processing and issue tickets promptly
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain digital records of all transactions and communications
- Collaborate with travel partners to optimize booking processes
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; tourism/vocational certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or ticketing roles
- Proficiency in booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) and MS Office
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

- Basic knowledge of Indonesian travel routes and destinations
