As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable experience along the Sarawak River.
In this dynamic role, you will balance administrative ticketing duties at our waterfront counter with exciting operational responsibilities during our signature sunset cruises. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the ticketing counter, handling guest bookings, payments, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding cruise schedules, pricing, and promotional packages to prospective guests.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while assisting guests during boarding processes.
- Support the crew during evening sunset cruises to ensure a smooth and safe guest experience.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Resolve customer feedback and inquiries promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in general administrative tasks and maintain the cleanliness of the ticketing area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism-related roles is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor, even during peak operational hours.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
- Passionate about promoting Kuching’s local tourism and heritage.
