Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve high-volume technical support tickets for global digital advertising clients.
- Troubleshoot ad campaign performance issues and billing discrepancies with precision.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex system bugs.
- Provide clear, concise, and professional written communication to advertisers regarding status updates and resolutions.
- Monitor campaign dashboards and provide proactive insights to improve ad delivery.
- Maintain high standards of service level agreements (SLAs) and internal quality metrics.
- Document recurring issues to assist in knowledge base development and process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a ticketing, helpdesk, or customer support environment (BPO background preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and ad-tech platforms.
- Excellent written English communication skills, with an eye for detail and grammar.
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and common office productivity software (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to shifting platform updates and policies.
