Ocean Fast Ferries Inc is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Teller to join our team in Bacolod City. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for passengers, ensuring smooth and efficient ticketing operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Ticketing Teller, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations by accurately processing ticket sales based on passenger route, date, and time requirements. You'll handle cash payments professionally, issue tickets with precision, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Sell tickets accurately based on passenger's route, date, and time requirements
- Process cash payments and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Issue tickets efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers and respond to inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ticketing station
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare end-of-shift reports
- Coordinate with vessel crew and operations team to ensure smooth passenger flow
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational degree is a plus
- Strong numerical skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or transportation is preferred
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in processing transactions
- Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer knowledge for transaction processing
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
