Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation
- Provide personalized travel consultations and itinerary recommendations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Resolve travel disruptions and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maximize sales opportunities through upselling travel packages and add-ons
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination updates, and fare structures
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation in GDS systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK Pariwisata diploma or equivalent tourism education
- 1+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid travel industry certifications (IATA, etc.) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
