Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end flight booking processes, including reservations, re-issuance, and cancellations.
- Provide expert travel advice and itinerary recommendations to meet client needs and preferences.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Abacus for efficient ticketing.
- Ensure accuracy in all travel documents, including visas, insurance, and flight vouchers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on airline regulations, travel industry trends, and destination-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive travel solutions for corporate and leisure clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar ticketing role.
- Proficiency in using GDS (Global Distribution System) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
