Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for VoIP systems and hospitality technology platforms
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software configurations
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2/3 teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Deliver clear technical guidance to non-technical users
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in IT preferred
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong knowledge of VoIP systems, IP telephony, and network fundamentals
- Experience with hospitality technology (PMS, PBX, VoIP) highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency with remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems
