Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel pipes, tanks, and structural components.
- Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to execute fabrication tasks.
- Assemble and fabricate process components for food manufacturing machinery with precision.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure weld integrity and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., DOLE/OSHA) in the workshop.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Welding Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience specifically in TIG welding.
- Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical plans.
- Knowledge of welding codes, standards, and best practices for stainless steel.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a manufacturing environment.
- Valid certification from TESDA or equivalent recognized institution is an advantage.
