Are you a natural-born performer with a passion for e-commerce? Top-Select Consumer Goods Trading is looking for an energetic, charismatic, and tech-savvy Live Host to join our growing digital team in Tondo, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on TikTok Live, engaging with thousands of potential customers and driving real-time sales through high-energy product demonstrations.
We are seeking someone who can command an audience, think on their feet, and turn viewers into loyal buyers. If you have a vibrant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high energy throughout a broadcast, we want to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in our sales strategy, helping us showcase our latest consumer goods in a fun, interactive, and professional manner.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct dynamic and engaging TikTok Live sessions to showcase our product range.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage in a compelling, sales-driven manner.
- Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and encouraging engagement.
- Implement effective sales techniques to convert viewers into customers during live broadcasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand upcoming promotions and key sales targets.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable presence while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Analyze live session performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and sales conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, host, or content creator on platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, or Lazada.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and charismatic on-camera presence.
- Ability to multitask, monitor chat, and talk fluently without scripted repetition.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends and live-selling strategies.
- High level of comfort using mobile devices, ring lights, and broadcasting hardware.
- Energetic personality with the ability to maintain enthusiasm for extended periods.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Tondo, Metro Manila.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a significant advantage.
